Olga Bankevich

This year is a year of great importance in Belarusian literature as in 2013 we celebrate a 130 anniversary of Yanka Kupala - a great Belarusian poet. 

Yanka Kupala (July 7 [O.S. June 25] 1882 – June 28, 1942) – was the pen name of Ivan Daminikavich Lutsevich who is considered to be one of the greatest Belarusian-language writers of the 20th century.
